He arrived and assessed the problem that was under the house and took pics to show me the issue..when the water softner was put in they did not ventilate it only cut into septic pipe and t'd into it..no valve etc and only used 1/2 in pipe which came up into our room and had a hose that stuck into it..so now when the softner charges the water would come back up in the pipe and all over the floor. basically was not installed correctly..but they were very punctual and friendly and took the time to explain..the original co. who installed the softner was out a few days prior and did an overall that cost $112.00 and did not fix the problem at all. will definately use triple J plumbing again very satisfied.

Very quick response time. They took my information and a field person called to get more information and gave me time a plumber would be arriving. The window of time was 30 minutes not the typical "sometime between noon and five". When they thought they were going to be a few minutes late they called and let me know. They completed the job to my satisfaction. P.S. I am still waiting on the first plumber recommended to me by a friend to return my initial call... Thanks Triple J for being so prompt!

We hired Triple J Plumbing to re-pipe my mother?s home. Reed returned our call for information promptly, and scheduled a visit for an estimate. He listened to all of our concerns and issues, walked us through the house, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The work he and his team did for my mom was excellent. They were very sensitive to my mother?s concerns about the work, and everything was completed to her satisfaction ? down to the smallest detail. It was very rainy the day they were working, and they got a little bit of mud on her carpet. Before the plumbers left the house, the carpet cleaning company was on the phone, scheduling a clean-up of the mud. I am so very grateful to Reed and Shane for their professionalism. Had two commercial Navien TANKLESS On-Demand water heaters installed side-by-side. Work extremely well. Reviews online are superb. Saved a considerate amount of money with less gas usage.
